Narrative:
During an FAA flight test, on midfield downwind, the examiner failed my engine, I had not completed my gumps check. On base, he failed my flaps and told me if there was anything wrong go around. On final, we were high in attempt to make the field. I did some s-turns. As I was about to go around, we hit, skidded off the side of the runway, no injuries. A gear up landing. My objective was to get the aircraft safely on the ground for the simulated emergency. Unfortunately, the gear slipped my mind, due to the failure of flaps, and focusing on the emergency and not the aircraft confign.

Title: PLT OF AN SMA SEL LANDED GEAR UP AFTER AN FAA INSPECTOR, ADMINISTERING A FLT TEST, HAD GIVEN A SIMULATED ENG FAILURE ON THE DOWNWIND LEG OF THE TFC PATTERN AT AN UNCTLED ARPT. THE RPTR BECAME OVERWHELMED WITH GLIDING TO A SUCCESSFUL LNDG THAT HE COMPLETELY FORGOT THE LNDG GEAR.
