Narrative:
I was on the 45 degree departure leg from runway 20 sac, climbing through about 1300 ft. I just adjusted my pitch angle to cruise climb speed of 80 KTS and started a clearing turn to the left when I saw a white/red C152 at the 12:30 O'clock position and slightly low. I steepened my left turn to clear the other aircraft. Tower did not advise me of the other aircraft. Tower was very busy with several aircraft in the vicinity, and probably had his attention away from me and the other aircraft, which was on the approach leg to left downwind for runway 20.

Title: A C172 PLT RPTS AN NMAC WITH A C152 DURING A DEP FROM SAC.
Narrative: I WAS ON THE 45 DEG DEP LEG FROM RWY 20 SAC, CLBING THROUGH ABOUT 1300 FT. I JUST ADJUSTED MY PITCH ANGLE TO CRUISE CLB SPD OF 80 KTS AND STARTED A CLRING TURN TO THE L WHEN I SAW A WHITE/RED C152 AT THE 12:30 O'CLOCK POS AND SLIGHTLY LOW. I STEEPENED MY L TURN TO CLR THE OTHER ACFT. TWR DID NOT ADVISE ME OF THE OTHER ACFT. TWR WAS VERY BUSY WITH SEVERAL ACFT IN THE VICINITY, AND PROBABLY HAD HIS ATTN AWAY FROM ME AND THE OTHER ACFT, WHICH WAS ON THE APCH LEG TO L DOWNWIND FOR RWY 20.
