Narrative:

This is a follow up to a debrief I did yesterday on this same arrival. Flying the arrival again today (cedar creek) between cedar creek and dfw with the appropriate radials dialed in there is at least 1 DOT variance between the two. We forwarded this information to approach and are just following up with this debrief as this problem needs to be fixed.

Title: THIS ACR MD80 FLC BELIEVES THAT THERE IS A VARIANCE BTWN THE OUTBOUND RADIAL OF 307 DEGS FROM CQY AND THE INBOUND RADIAL OF 127 DEGS TO DFW. THIS IS THE LAST LEG OF THE CEDAR CREEK ONE ARR AND NO OTHER RPTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED EXCEPT FROM THIS RPTR ON 2 OCCASIONS. SEE ACN 371990 AND 371991.

FLYING THE ARR AGAIN TODAY (CEDAR CREEK) BTWN CEDAR CREEK AND DFW WITH THE APPROPRIATE RADIALS DIALED IN THERE IS AT LEAST 1 DOT VARIANCE BTWN THE TWO. WE FORWARDED THIS INFO TO APCH AND ARE JUST FOLLOWING UP WITH THIS DEBRIEF AS THIS PROB NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
