Narrative:
The WX was VFR and we had been cleared by tys approach for a visual to runway 23R and change to tys tower. Due to keeping an eye on runway 23L landing traffic and getting established on the approach after being held up high, neither my relatively new first officer nor I called the tower for a landing clearance -- a case of too many distractions.

DUE TO KEEPING AN EYE ON RWY 23L LNDG TFC AND GETTING ESTABLISHED ON THE APCH AFTER BEING HELD UP HIGH, NEITHER MY RELATIVELY NEW FO NOR I CALLED THE TWR FOR A LNDG CLRNC -- A CASE OF TOO MANY DISTRACTIONS.
