Narrative:
I was in takeoff phase on runway 23L at rdu on jun/xa/97 (approximately XA00). After rotation and liftoff, right front door opened. I put airplane back down on runway and applied braking action. Left front tire blew out. I maintained directional control, slowed aircraft down and taxied off runway onto grassed shoulder.
