Narrative:
En route cvg-yul, noticed aircraft needed 1 1/2 - 2 units left rudder trim and 2 units left aileron to fly reasonably straight and level (unusual). On return flight, performed trim check per SOP without success. Noted in logbook that autoplt had been written up. Notified maintenance that problem was not autoplt but aircraft rigging.
