Narrative:

At 150 ft AGL, aircraft performed an uncommanded roll to the right requiring maximum left aileron control input to correct. This repeated itself 3 times between 150 ft and 50 ft AGL. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated the aircraft was a DC9-10 and had 2 previous reports on the ailerons and the roll to the right. Maintenance found 1 of 2 spoiler cables rigged incorrectly allowing the right flight spoilers to lift almost to full up before the right aileron input reached 5 degrees. He said this situation was not detectable on the cockpit control check.
