Narrative:
Cleared bridge taxi after landing runway 24R. Did not switch to 121.75 at mid field and started left turn at taxiway B without clearance. Immediately stopped aircraft and received clearance to taxi to gate. No aircraft conflict.

Title: FLC OF A B767 FAILED TO CONTACT THE MID FIELD GND CTLR AT THE APPROPRIATE POINT DURING TAXI TO PARKING, BUT DID STOP AND SUBSEQUENTLY RECEIVED CLRNC THE REMAINDER OF THE RTE TO PARKING.
Narrative: CLRED BRIDGE TAXI AFTER LNDG RWY 24R. DID NOT SWITCH TO 121.75 AT MID FIELD AND STARTED L TURN AT TXWY B WITHOUT CLRNC. IMMEDIATELY STOPPED ACFT AND RECEIVED CLRNC TO TAXI TO GATE. NO ACFT CONFLICT.
