Narrative:
Due to thunderstorm on airfield and windshear, we executed a missed approach as briefed with approved left turn by mem tower. On missed with captain flying aircraft, captain's altimeter failed and aircraft was leveled at approximately 3300-3400 ft and then descended to 3000 ft on first officer altimeter and proceeded to alternate, bhm.
