Narrative:

On departure from dtw, we noticed a moderate vibration during right turns. Wheel deflections to the right of 10-15 degrees at slow roll rates produced moderate vibrations with autoplt on or off (a and B channel). The so visually observed what appeared to be ground spoiler float on the right wing. The flight returned to dtw for an uneventful landing.
