Title: A B767-300 FLYING NW OF BERMUDA IN ZNY, NY AIRSPACE DECLARES AN EMER SO THE FLC CAN DIVERT AROUND WX AT THEIR OWN DISCRETION. FLC COMPLAINS THAT ZNY WAS TOO SLOW TO RESPOND TO THEIR NEEDS.
