Narrative:
On departure after the gear was raised a loss of hydraulic quantity was observed. Immediate action items were accomplished and appropriate emergency checklists performed. We assessed the situation and decided to continue to our scheduled destination (fll). We landed at fll uneventfully except for the fact that some hydraulic fluid dripped on the brakes causing smoke which was initially misdiagnosed as hot brakes. I feel the situation as a whole was uneventful because of the excellent training we receive and also because the captain took the lead in practicing good CRM by keeping all of us informed and part of the decision making process.
