Narrative:
On final with thunderstorms in vicinity and approaching the airfield, aircraft encountered a +20 KT windshear. On board computers indicated a flap structural overspd. Duration of event 3 seconds. Aircraft taken OTS for structural inspection. Flight proceeded to land (uneventfully) and taxi to the parking gate.
