Narrative:
I was cleared for a touch and go for runway 27L at gellespie field (see) and had just touched down. I was going to start taking off but I noticed a low wing, single engine plane which apparently had ignored the hold short instructions. It was taxiing onto the runway and at that point, I began braking hard. The low wing turned away and gave me an extra few ft to stop, or else I might have collided with it. It was also fortunate I was fling a high wing and it was a low wing, which again would have increased the likelihood of a collision. I am convinced the fault was with the airplane, which ignored the hold short instructions. The tower controller at gellespie agreed with me on this in a later phone conversation.
