The crew was doing the before takeoff checklist thinking we were cleared for takeoff. We made the takeoff without incident and were told by departure to call the supervisor after we arrived in miami. We did not know of a problem or mistake until we called the supervisor in tampa.

Title: ACR LTT PERFORMS AN UNAUTH TKOF RWY OP. CREW 'THOUGHT' THEY HAD BEEN CLRED FOR TKOF. DEP CTLR ASKS FOR A CALLBACK WHEN LNDG AT DEST ARPT.
Narrative: THE CREW WAS DOING THE BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST THINKING WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF. WE MADE THE TKOF WITHOUT INCIDENT AND WERE TOLD BY DEP TO CALL THE SUPVR AFTER WE ARRIVED IN MIAMI. WE DID NOT KNOW OF A PROB OR MISTAKE UNTIL WE CALLED THE SUPVR IN TAMPA.
