Narrative:

I was circling a friend's house for him so he could take aerial photographs of it. I believed I was out of eagle's class D airspace. When I returned for landing at eagle airport, the ATC controller asked me if I had just had a near miss with a lear jet. My response was no. I never saw any traffic and the controller then asked what altitude I was previously at. '10300 ft,' I said. He went back and forth with the pilot of the lear jet and then nothing more was said to me. In the future, I will inform ATC even outside the airspace of my intentions to maneuver in close vicinity to their airspace.
