Narrative:
While on the madwin three arrival to oakland, approximately 60-50 mi from manteca VOR on the 068 degree radial, ZOA told us that we were 15 mi south of course. Both the captain and first officer CDI needles were centered, with both course selectors set to the 068 degree radial. On landing I had maintenance perform a navigation check. Both navs checked out ok.
