Narrative:
Cenrap operation this morning. It will be that way for several hours today. The presentation is incredibly poor. Examples: air carrier X a heavy B747 departure from lck is not shown on the radar until aircraft reaches 8000 ft MSL. A baron departure off osu airport is not displayed until reaching 4500 ft MSL, 5 NM southwest of osu. Air carrier Z a jet departure off cmh disappears between 4000 ft and 7000 ft MSL. The list will go on and on. This is only during first hour on position.
