Narrative:
On approach to hpn, moderate turbulence was experienced, autoplt disconnected due to turbulence. Began a visual approach to hpn runway 34. At approximately 2000-1500 ft airspeed began to fluctuate by 10-20 KTS and pitch was from 3 degrees to 20 degrees nose down. At this time a windshear amber alert appeared and due to the WX conditions we elected to execute an immediate go around.
