Narrative:
During civet 2 arrival lax, I was high at arnes. I had just made a landing PA, and was distraction from my primary responsibility of flying the aircraft. I was also not aware of the hard altitude requirement at arnes. Lack of knowledge and distraction/inattn were the primary cause.

Narrative: DURING CIVET 2 ARR LAX, I WAS HIGH AT ARNES. I HAD JUST MADE A LNDG PA, AND WAS DISTR FROM MY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF FLYING THE ACFT. I WAS ALSO NOT AWARE OF THE HARD ALT REQUIREMENT AT ARNES. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND DISTR/INATTN WERE THE PRIMARY CAUSE.
