Narrative:
After finishing multi-engine maneuvers, we (3) were flying direct to dvt (az). At 18 DME, drake 120 degree radial, we encountered another aircraft which descended from above us directly to our right, 3 O'clock position, then appeared to steer towards us until it changed course. We exercised all collision avoidance techniques and took evasive action by altering our course when we encountered the other aircraft.
