Narrative:

Captain was PF. ATC told us to cross beeno intersection at FL310. I noticed on our FMC VNAV descent profile that we were showing high for our crossing restr and I told the captain about this. He called ATC on the radio and said it looked like we were going to be a little tight on the beeno crossing restr. ATC called back and only gave us a frequency change. The captain took the frequency change. We were in a high rate of descent, but I felt we still crossed beeno a little high. I called ATC and reported level at FL310, because by this time we were level at FL310, and were just past beeno. ATC did not question our crossing restr, and the flight continued with no further problems.
