Narrative:
Cleared to cross 15 DME mrb VOR. There was turbulence in the descent and the copilot was busy with ATIS and checklist. We had a good tailwind and while descending I was busy programming FMS. We crossed the 15 DME fix about 1000 ft high. Factors were high workloads and programming FMS (heads down).

Title: AN ATX C550 FLC WERE 1000 FT HIGH OVER AN ASSIGNED XING POINT.
Narrative: CLRED TO CROSS 15 DME MRB VOR. THERE WAS TURB IN THE DSCNT AND THE COPLT WAS BUSY WITH ATIS AND CHKLIST. WE HAD A GOOD TAILWIND AND WHILE DSNDING I WAS BUSY PROGRAMMING FMS. WE CROSSED THE 15 DME FIX ABOUT 1000 FT HIGH. FACTORS WERE HIGH WORKLOADS AND PROGRAMMING FMS (HEADS DOWN).
