Narrative:

I was working approximately 10 aircraft, when the radar, radios, and all backup equipment failed. I was without frequencys for 4 mins before the communication system returned. I was without radar for 15 mins, until darc returned on a limited level. No separation was lost. However 2 aircraft, had to be turned dramatically when radar returned, to maintain separation. This situation was caused by not having flight plan information on 1 aircraft.
