Narrative:

Location: 60 NM east of lbb. A passenger had a seizure and was unconscious in the lavatory. An onboard doctor recommended we land as soon as possible. Lbb was 60 NM west of our position. Lbb was landing with a 14 KT tailwind. We stated we had a medical emergency and were declaring an emergency for the winds at lbb. We performed one 360 degree turn on final to lose altitude and airspeed. Landing was uneventful. Please offer the more than deserved thanks to the controllers for unparalleled professionalism and assistance, especially lbb approach and tower.
