Narrative:

Probably not a problem but while on vector 070 degrees, we answered approach call to turn to 130 degrees. During turn, another aircraft questioned who the turn to 130 degrees was for. We rolled out, questioned ATC, and returned to 070 degree heading. We landed in original sequence with no comment from ATC. Frequency was loaded with traffic and we answered the turn call incorrectly as it was for another aircraft.
