Narrative:

I had just come on duty, and was not well rested. My immediate concern was descending and applying speed restrs to two streams of traffic bound for the chicago area. Aircraft #1 was on a heading to miss the two streams as he was climbing. When aircraft #1 was above the two streams, he was turned on course. I did not recognize aircraft #2 was traffic until it was too late. Turns were issued before conflict alert activated. Fatigue was a contributing factor to my error.
