Narrative:

During arrival to msp from cid to msp, I accepted a descent clearance via the kaspr arrival. I believed the clearance altitude was 10000 ft. When I leveled at 10000 ft, the center questioned what altitude we were cleared to. I replied that it was possible I had descended to the wrong altitude, but I thought I had heard 10000 ft and had read back 10000 ft. The controller replied that there was no problem and not to worry about the possible conflict. I do not recall any event that could have caused a distraction during the initial clearance and I am still not sure if I was in error or not.
