Narrative:
ATC facility: philadelphia ground control. Location: philadelphia airport ramp. Pushed off gate. After departure salute, began to taxi. Traveled about 40-50 yards, we heard a loud bang. Aircraft was brought to a stop. Felt like we had a blown tire. Then we learned that a ground vehicle had driven into the aircraft around the main landing gear area.
