Narrative:

I did not get the latest revision in my mailbox and I did ask the first officer if he had one in his and he said he did not so I thought I was ok. Well there had been one earlier that I did not get. So on the hornet one departure at clt I had the hornet nine. I briefed the turn from runway 36L to 330 degrees at 100 ft. The first officer did not look at his chart at this time but he acknolweged the instructions. Later he looked but we were just powering up cleared for takeoff. So we made the turn at 100 ft instead of 2.5 clt DME. Then later we realized the out of date chart. We discussed how we could avoid a similar problem by both of us verifying the procedure earlier than what we did. The only problem today may have been noise abatement.
