Narrative:

During initial climb the engine lost power. Landed the plane on the runway; rolled off the departure end of the runway. Aircraft had enough power to taxi. Taxied aircraft back to the runway. Upon reaching the runway the nose wheel caught the edge of the runway; causing the aircraft to nose forward and causing the propeller to strike the runway. Shut the aircraft down. Contacted the airport manager for assistance in getting the aircraft off of the runway. The aircraft sustained damage to the propeller and the nose wheel.
