Narrative:
An air carrier entered my airspace without verbal coordination, which is an airspace violation/operrors. I had to report it because the FAA has ordered us to turn each other in for any and all violations. This kind of needless workload is what happens when the FAA pits one controller against another.

Title: ARTCC CTLR STATES A B737 ENTERED INTO RPTR'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT A HDOF. RPTR BELIEVES THAT FAA MGMNT HAS ORDERED CTLRS TO RPT ANY AND ALL VIOLATIONS. THAT THIS IS A POLICY OF PITTING ONE CTLR AGAINST ANOTHER.
