Narrative:
Taxiway M between runway 25L/right. Landed runway 25L lax, turned off high speed taxiway M. Missed hold short sign for runway 25R. Recognized runway edge marking and attempted to stop but passed hold short line and slightly crossed runway edge line. First officer was talking to ramp and asked if we had been cleared to cross as aircraft crossed hold short line. Tower canceled an aircraft's takeoff clearance on runway 25R and cleared us to cross.
