Narrative:
ZFW is expanding from 6 areas of specialization to 7 areas. Because of this, 80% of the fpl's must train on at least 2 new sectors. Training is being rushed with fpl's being checked out with a minimum amount of hours. Once I had the minimum amount of hours on the sector, I was pressured by management to get certified to enable others to start their training. I feel this is an unsafe practice and should be stopped.
