Narrative:
We were being vectored for an approach to runway 36L at dfw. I had the autoplt on and VOR/localizer selected. Upon intercept the autoplt did not intercept so I took over manually. First officer pointed out that I had flags which I also noticed. ATC gave us headings, then I gave the airplane to copilot who had no flags but then he got flags so by this time I told ATC we were missing the approach and they gave us headings for another approach which was completed successfully without problems except momentary flags but then ok. I called ATC and they told me they had 'no' reported problems with ILS signal. I entered a note in logbook under information only and could not duplicate on the next 2 flts/legs using ILS. P.south. ILS identify was good.
