Narrative:

Upon landing and rollout, when the nose came down, the nose gear collapsed. Obviously it was not locked. Following the incident the hydraulic fluid reservoir was examined and found to be nearly empty. The plane had been annualed 3 weeks before. I had purchased the plane 2 weeks prior and had made 6 flts and 30 lndgs. A leak was discovered on the right gear hydraulic cylinder. We believe it only leaked when cycling during the 30 lndgs. We will repair or replace the hydraulic cylinder and also check reservoir often. No injuries.
