Location: gate xx mia. During taxi in, we taxied past gate xx. Asked ramp to turn back to our gate. Was advised at your discretion, there were no other aircraft at the terminal other than the crew chief next door that I had blown his men and equipment. I went to the ramp immediately and was advised that everyone was ok.

Title: FLC OF B767 TAXIING TO GATE GOES PAST THE ASSIGNED GATE AND IN TURNING AROUND BLOWS THE GND CREW MEN AND EQUIP.

Narrative: LOCATION: GATE XX MIA. DURING TAXI IN, WE TAXIED PAST GATE XX. ASKED RAMP TO TURN BACK TO OUR GATE. WAS ADVISED AT YOUR DISCRETION, THERE WERE NO OTHER ACFT AT THE TERMINAL OTHER THAN THE CREW CHIEF NEXT DOOR THAT I HAD BLOWN HIS MEN AND EQUIP. I WENT TO THE RAMP IMMEDIATELY AND WAS ADVISED THAT EVERYONE WAS OK.
