Arriving aircraft at FL200 given descent to 17000 ft -- also given traffic. Departing aircraft climbed to 16000 ft, given traffic. Arrival reported departure in sight out of FL195. Told to maintain visual and given further descent to 16000 ft. Departure aircraft advised of traffic having visual and given climb to FL230.
