Narrative:
After liftoff and over the intersection of runway 25R and runway 19, we nearly hit, in midair, a B737 which was departing from runway 19. We were at approximately 100 ft AGL and the B737 went over us at approximately 150 ft. It was verified that we were cleared for takeoff, but we never heard a clearance for another aircraft to take off. During takeoff roll we did not notice an aircraft on a roll from runway 19L/right until we passed at the intersection. It was a seriously close call and the captain elected to save the tape on the cvr.
