Narrative:

Snowing at yyz, taxiing to runway 6R for departure. Instructions were taxiway B to taxiway D to runway 6R. We turned on taxiway dp to taxiway D, and as first officer, I was busy with checklists, new takeoff data. When I looked up, we were not on taxiway D but taxiway west, short of runway 6R. ATC said stop, which we were stopping at the hold short line. We then taxied down runway to taxiway C2 and back onto taxiway D.

Narrative: SNOWING AT YYZ, TAXIING TO RWY 6R FOR DEP. INSTRUCTIONS WERE TXWY B TO TXWY D TO RWY 6R. WE TURNED ON TXWY DP TO TXWY D, AND AS FO, I WAS BUSY WITH CHKLISTS, NEW TKOF DATA. WHEN I LOOKED UP, WE WERE NOT ON TXWY D BUT TXWY W, SHORT OF RWY 6R. ATC SAID STOP, WHICH WE WERE STOPPING AT THE HOLD SHORT LINE. WE THEN TAXIED DOWN RWY TO TXWY C2 AND BACK ONTO TXWY D.
