Narrative:
Approach cleared us to intercept runway 25R localizer and cleared us for approach. Also cleared commuter for visual to wry 25L and to follow us to the airport. Commuter joined up on our wing and flew the approach on our wing. We got continuous TCASII RA's the rest of the approach. I had to make a PA at a critical time in the approach because of passenger concern over the close proximity of the commuter. Commuter was instructed to follow us which he did not do. This type approach is not a safe operation.
