Narrative:

I advised the captain that we were released and he began to pull onto the active runway (runway 21). As he did this, I made the appropriate announcement on CTAF and we commenced our takeoff roll. At rotation we heard the learjet announce his go around and the TCASII showed him over us and 300 ft above. After liftoff we executed a shallow climb until we could make visual contact with the lear. The lear (we think) did not fly the traffic pattern or announce his position. He entered the area on a dogleg to final and we didn't see him, probably because he wasn't where you would expect him to be -- not straight in on final, but on a sort of dogleg angling toward the runway.

Title: AN ACR FLC IN AN MDT RPTS AN NMAC WITH A LEAR JET JUST AFTER LIFTOFF FROM A NON TWR ARPT. THE LEARJET MADE A GAR WHEN THE ACR STARTED ITS TKOF RUN.

Narrative: I ADVISED THE CAPT THAT WE WERE RELEASED AND HE BEGAN TO PULL ONTO THE ACTIVE RWY (RWY 21). AS HE DID THIS, I MADE THE APPROPRIATE ANNOUNCEMENT ON CTAF AND WE COMMENCED OUR TKOF ROLL. AT ROTATION WE HEARD THE LEARJET ANNOUNCE HIS GAR AND THE TCASII SHOWED HIM OVER US AND 300 FT ABOVE. AFTER LIFTOFF WE EXECUTED A SHALLOW CLB UNTIL WE COULD MAKE VISUAL CONTACT WITH THE LEAR. THE LEAR (WE THINK) DID NOT FLY THE TFC PATTERN OR ANNOUNCE HIS POS. HE ENTERED THE AREA ON A DOGLEG TO FINAL AND WE DIDN'T SEE HIM, PROBABLY BECAUSE HE WASN'T WHERE YOU WOULD EXPECT HIM TO BE -- NOT STRAIGHT IN ON FINAL, BUT ON A SORT OF DOGLEG ANGLING TOWARD THE RWY.
