Narrative:
Cga X was inbound gso on the brook 2 arrival. I issued a descent clearance thinking he was landing winston-salem and issued the int altimeter. The pilot questioned the altimeter. I doublechked it and discovered the altimeter was 12 hours old. I have reported this problem at least 50 times to management over a period of 1 yr or longer. The altimeter I issued would have put this aircraft 300 ft low with a ceiling reported at 500 ft. We are going to get someone killed if we don't solve this problem. The altimeter at hky was 2 hours old. We do conduct the ILS approach there. Supplemental information from acn 398979: the int altimeter was displayed as 29.53 at XL32Z. The altimeter was from XA45Z, almost 11 hours old.

Title: ALTIMETER SETTING READINGS AT SEVERAL OFF SITE LOCATIONS ARE NOT CURRENT. THE RPTR CLAIMS THAT ONE ALTIMETER WAS 12 HRS OLD. THE ALTIMETER WAS ISSUED TO AN LR31 ACFT CAUSING THE PLT TO QUESTION IT.
