Narrative:
CL60 sbound requesting FL390. Astra was northbound FL370. During CL60 climb, the two passed within 3.3 mi horizontal and 700 ft vertical. The CL60 was descended to FL350 and turned. The astra was also turned. After passage, the two were returned on course.

Title: LOSS OF SEPARATION BTWN A CL60 CLBING TO FL370 AND AN ASTRA LEVEL AT FL370.
Narrative: CL60 SBOUND REQUESTING FL390. ASTRA WAS NBOUND FL370. DURING CL60 CLB, THE TWO PASSED WITHIN 3.3 MI HORIZ AND 700 FT VERT. THE CL60 WAS DSNDED TO FL350 AND TURNED. THE ASTRA WAS ALSO TURNED. AFTER PASSAGE, THE TWO WERE RETURNED ON COURSE.
