Narrative:
We received our aircraft to begin our duty day in cmi. I observed the first officer perform the required preflight inspection using the checklist. He noticed no discrepancies and the flight continued to stl with no irregularities. Upon arrival in stl, I noticed a tendency for the aircraft to pull to the left. I wrote the discrepancy in the log and notified maintenance control. The corrective action was the replacement of both nosewheel tires. In addition to changing the tires, maintenance also svced the crew oxygen and patched a de-ice boot, while performing a bi-daily maintenance line check. After arrival in decatur, il, our postflt inspection revealed that the hydraulic service panel had come loose, lost 2 of 4 screws, and had a 1 inch crack in the door itself. There was no structural damage to the aircraft. We believe that maintenance failed to secure the access panel screws prior to our departure.

Title: AN ACR BA32 FLC FOUND THAT MAINT PERSONNEL HAD NOT FASTENED THE HYD SVC DOOR PROPERLY AND AS A RESULT THE DOOR WAS DAMAGED.
Narrative: WE RECEIVED OUR ACFT TO BEGIN OUR DUTY DAY IN CMI. I OBSERVED THE FO PERFORM THE REQUIRED PREFLT INSPECTION USING THE CHKLIST. HE NOTICED NO DISCREPANCIES AND THE FLT CONTINUED TO STL WITH NO IRREGULARITIES. UPON ARR IN STL, I NOTICED A TENDENCY FOR THE ACFT TO PULL TO THE L. I WROTE THE DISCREPANCY IN THE LOG AND NOTIFIED MAINT CTL. THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS THE REPLACEMENT OF BOTH NOSEWHEEL TIRES. IN ADDITION TO CHANGING THE TIRES, MAINT ALSO SVCED THE CREW OXYGEN AND PATCHED A DE-ICE BOOT, WHILE PERFORMING A BI-DAILY MAINT LINE CHK. AFTER ARR IN DECATUR, IL, OUR POSTFLT INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THE HYD SVC PANEL HAD COME LOOSE, LOST 2 OF 4 SCREWS, AND HAD A 1 INCH CRACK IN THE DOOR ITSELF. THERE WAS NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE ACFT. WE BELIEVE THAT MAINT FAILED TO SECURE THE ACCESS PANEL SCREWS PRIOR TO OUR DEP.
