Narrative: PLT LANDED SHORT OF PAVED RWY BY 6 INCHES, COLLAPSING NOSE GEAR. PLT FAILED TO ARREST HIGH SINK RATE AFTER WINDSHEAR. TO CORRECT SIT, IN THE FUTURE, PLT MUST BE MORE AWARE OF SIT.
