Narrative:
A passenger boarded the plane and said someone in the lobby area asked her to carry on a bag. She did not. However, another passenger heard what she said and became very concerned. We questioned the lady who brought this to our attention, asked her to walk through the cabin to try and identify who asked her to bring bag on board. She did not notice the person so a decision was made to deplane all passenger with the belongings and check the cabin for any unclaimed baggage. Nothing was found and passenger were reboarded and flight left with no problems.
