Narrative:

I was part 91 flying home, after receiving my clearance I was told to taxi to runway 13C. While enroute to runway 13C I was changed to runway 13R, I contacted tower and was told to position and hold, and then cleared for departure off runway 13R. As I rolled down the runway I heard air carrier X pilot call up and say he was on the missed approach off runway 13C. Tower did not understand him and cleared him to land. He again said on the missed. At that point the tower controller became very excited and began changing my clrance. I was told to amend altitude, don't climb, above 2000 ft for traffic and turn immediately to 120 degrees. I held heading and altitude for a couple of miles until everything calmed down and was told to resume own navigation. I feel that this was caused by controller giving me a clearance to take off into the protected airspace of another aircraft missed approach procedure. The controller was caught off guard when the airliner went missed approach and turned towards me, as his missed approach procedures call for.

Title: B737 ON APCH RWY 13C INTO MDW ARPT ON INITIAL CONTACT WITH THE TWR, ADVISED MAKING A MISSED APCH. AT THE SAME TIME A BE58 WAS DEPARTING RWY 13R ON AN IFR DEP. THE TWR CONTROLLER IMMEDIATELY INSTRUCTED THE BE58 TO TURN L 120 DEGREES AND TO MAINTAIN AT OR BELOW 2000 FT. THE BE58 PLT BELIEVED AN NMAC HAD OCCURRED AS A RESULT.

Narrative: I WAS PART 91 FLYING HOME, AFTER RECEIVING MY CLRNC I WAS TOLD TO TAXI TO RWY 13C. WHILE ENROUTE TO RWY 13C I WAS CHANGED TO RWY 13R, I CONTACTED TWR AND WAS TOLD TO POSITION AND HOLD, AND THEN CLRED FOR DEP OFF RWY 13R. AS I ROLLED DOWN THE RWY I HEARD ACR X PLT CALL UP AND SAY HE WAS ON THE MISSED APCH OFF RWY 13C. TOWER DID NOT UNDERSTAND HIM AND CLRED HIM TO LAND. HE AGAIN SAID ON THE MISSED. AT THAT POINT THE TWR CTLR BECAME VERY EXCITED AND BEGAN CHANGING MY CLRANCE. I WAS TOLD TO AMEND ALT, DON'T CLB, ABOVE 2000 FT FOR TRAFFIC AND TURN IMMEDIATELY TO 120 DEGREES. I HELD HEADING AND ALT FOR A COUPLE OF MILES UNTIL EVERYTHING CALMED DOWN AND WAS TOLD TO RESUME OWN NAVIGATION. I FEEL THAT THIS WAS CAUSED BY CONTROLLER GIVING ME A CLRNC TO TAKE OFF INTO THE PROTECTED AIRSPACE OF ANOTHER ACFT MISSED APPROACH PROCEDURE. THE CONTROLLER WAS CAUGHT OFF GUARD WHEN THE AIRLINER WENT MISSED APPROACH AND TURNED TOWARDS ME, AS HIS MISSED APPROACH PROCEDURES CALL FOR.
