Narrative:
Was cleared from FL330 to FL310 by ZJX. During descent, I changed frequencys on radio that I was using (inadvertently). When I discovered this, it took about 5 mins to locate a frequency and get back to proper center frequency. ZJX was unhappy. I apologized. No further problem to my knowledge.

Title: PLT OF A CESSNA CONQUEST C441 INADVERTENTLY CHANGED COM FREQ FOR CTR CAUSING A FEW MINS LOSS OF COMS WITH ARTCC. WHEN THE RPTR DISCOVERED HIS PROB AND RECONTACTED ATC, ATC VOICED THEIR CONCERN.
Narrative: WAS CLRED FROM FL330 TO FL310 BY ZJX. DURING DSCNT, I CHANGED FREQS ON RADIO THAT I WAS USING (INADVERTENTLY). WHEN I DISCOVERED THIS, IT TOOK ABOUT 5 MINS TO LOCATE A FREQ AND GET BACK TO PROPER CTR FREQ. ZJX WAS UNHAPPY. I APOLOGIZED. NO FURTHER PROB TO MY KNOWLEDGE.
