Narrative:
First officer on flight pbi to phl cruising at FL330 experienced a loss of all cabin pressure due to rear door seal. Requested immediate descent to 10000 from center. Everything happened rapidly, biggest problem being communications from pilot to pilot, pilots to flight attendant, pilots to center, flight attendant to passenger. More work needs to be done on oxygen masks and PA to better communicate.
